Air Separators

AquaX high-efficiency stainless steel or carbon steel air separators (2”–30”+) are engineered for chilled water, heating, and industrial process systems where reliable air removal is critical to performance. Our Turbo Vortex design effectively eliminates microbubbles and entrained air while maintaining low pressure drop, helping protect pumps, improve heat transfer efficiency, and reduce system noise and corrosion — all with no moving parts and minimal maintenance. Built from durable 304 stainless steel for long service life and corrosion resistance, AquaX air separators are ideal for data centers, central plants, and industrial HVAC applications where uptime and system reliability matter most.

HVAC Expansion Tanks

AquaX diaphragm and bladder expansion tanks are available in both 304 stainless steel and carbon steel construction for closed-loop HVAC and hydronic systems where durability and long-term performance are critical. Offered in capacities ranging from approximately 10– 2000 gallons, with vertical or horizontal configurations and optional ASME or ASME U-stamp construction, these tanks are designed to safely control thermal expansion, maintain stable system pressure, and protect pumps, valves, and other key components. Bladder options include EPDM or heavy-duty butyl to accommodate a wide range of temperature and fluid conditions. Ideal for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical applications, AquaX expansion tanks deliver dependable performance and extended service life.

Bag Filter and Cartridge Filter Housing

AquaX Bag & Cartridge Filter Housings are available in both stainless steel and carbon steel construction, offering flexible solutions for high-flow and fine filtration applications. Our single and multi-bag housings support flow rates from approximately 100 to 4,000+ GPM, while stainless and carbon steel cartridge housings are ideal for fine filtration and RO pre-treatment. Designed for full-flow or side-stream configurations, these systems serve mining operations, industrial water treatment, large HVAC systems, beverage production, pharmaceutical processes, high-purity water systems, and data center environments. Engineered for durability and efficiency, AquaX housings feature low pressure drop performance, quick-access lid designs for streamlined maintenance, and support micron ratings from 1–200 μm (with finer options available for cartridge applications), delivering dependable filtration for industrial and mission-critical systems.

Membrane Replacements

MSG-Series RO, NF, UF, and MF membrane elements for new systems or replacements. Designed for high efficiency and energy-saving operation, with NSF and ISO 9001 certifications available. Equivalent to major global brands while offering a cost advantage.

RO Pump Skid Systems

AquaX Series turnkey RO pump skid systems are fully engineered, customizable solutions designed to meet a wide range of process and industrial water demands. Available with flexible flow rates, premium pump options such as Grundfos or Ebara, PLC/HMI-ready control panels, and integrated pre-treatment packages, these systems are built for reliable, high[1]performance operation. Ideal for process water, make-up water in mission-critical facilities, beverage production lines, industrial applications, car wash reclaim systems, and mining operations, AquaX RO skids deliver dependable water quality, scalable design, and long-term operational efficiency.

Stainless Steel Hot & Cold Storage/Buffer Tanks

AquaX Tank Series storage and buffer tanks are manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel and are available in capacities ranging from approximately 50 to 2,000+ gallons and beyond. Designed for chilled water, hot water storage, system balancing, and process stabilization, these tanks provide reliable thermal buffering and hydraulic separation for commercial and industrial systems. Insulated options are available for both hot and cold applications, and custom port configurations can be tailored to meet specific project requirements. Engineered for durability and long service life, AquaX tanks are ideal for HVAC plants, data centers, and industrial process systems where performance and reliability are critical.

Stainless Steel Balancing Valves

AquaX-BV-Series stainless balancing valves (1½"–12") with flanged connections, EPDM sealing, and up to ~232 psi working pressure. Designed for chilled water, hot water, and glycol mixtures to accurately balance flow in HVAC systems, including data centers.

Membrane Treatment & Cleaning Services

Chemical cleaning programs and services for RO, NF, UF, and MF systems. Includes performance audits, cleaning protocols, and ongoing support to extend membrane life and maintain efficiency.

LED UV Disinfection Systems

AquaX-UV-LED-Series 316L stainless LED UV systems with long lamp life (approx. 3–5 years), compact design, smart control, and status indicators. Provide chemical-free disinfection for process water, beverages, and high-purity systems, with CE and NSF options.

HVAC Water Treatment Programs

Closed-loop, chilled, and boiler system treatment programs to prevent scale, corrosion, and biological growth, including Legionella control. Includes site audits, chemistry, and performance optimization for HVAC water systems.
